How PledgeSign started
Started in 2026
Every project we took on needed the same paperwork: a contract, an NDA, a closure document. Preparing each one meant editing a Word file by hand, filling in the details, uploading it to an e-signature tool, waiting for signatures, and then filing the result in a folder where it was hard to find again.
The e-signature tools we found handle the signature but not the onboarding around it, and project tools focus on tasks and sprints, not on contracts. So we built PledgeSign to bring contracts, signatures, client engagements and payment collection into one place, with clear steps from the first agreement to the closing document. We also wanted it to be affordable for small businesses, which many e-signature products are not built for.
What's next
PledgeSign launches as a focused first version, built around contracts and signing. More follows in later releases.
For users in India, we are introducing Aadhaar eSign and e-stamping, along with features that Indian e-signature providers already offer, such as multiple users. For users worldwide, we are planning iOS and Android apps.
After launch we will listen to the businesses that use PledgeSign and build what matters most to them, and we will add the standard industry features in upcoming releases, while keeping it simple to use and affordable.
