MOULI Story

Founded in 2025

Mouli Software Solutions was founded in 2025 to build software the way it should be built: carefully, and for the long term.

Our founder, Uday Eega, has vast experience working across engineering, sales, marketing and the business side of several teams and projects. That showed him how a product is built, sold and run, not just how it is coded. When he decided it was time to build products of his own, he left employment and started Mouli, together with its first product, PledgeSign.

Today Mouli has two directions, services and products. They feed each other: what we learn building for clients shapes our products, and what we learn running our products makes our client work better.
