The idea
Hospital websites often feel clinical and make the one thing a patient came for hard to find. We wanted a hospital site that does three things well: it helps patients find a doctor fast, it shows how a hospital with several branches presents itself, and it feels warm instead of clinical.
What we built
- Find a doctor: a clear “Find a Doctor” action on the first screen, beside a grid of doctor portraits.
- Locations: information for each branch, so a multi-branch hospital reads as one organisation.
- Patient links: Patient Portal and Pay Bill in the header, for existing patients.
- Mobile layout: the same pages work on a phone.
Warm, not clinical
People on the first screen, plain wording such as “care from doctors who know your name”, and a calm blue palette. A patient should feel looked after before they read a word about services.
